Refund policy

We’ve worked hard to create products we want people to fall in love with. But, if, for any reason, you didn’t, we will take it back. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase.

Only items that have been purchased on our official Love, Indus website (www.loveindus.com) that are accompanied with a confirmed proof of purchase, are eligible for returns or store credit. If an item has been opened and minimally used, we will provide you with store credit for the purchase price (including taxes but excluding shipping costs). If the item you’re returning is unopened and unused, we will credit the original form of payment for the purchase price (including taxes but excluding shipping costs). NOTE: if you received a promotional or free item along with your order, you must return the free/promotional item as well.

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or credits.

Please send an email explaining the situation with the word “Return” in the subject line to our customer service team at care@loveindus.com. Do not ship any return without first contacting customer service. We will provide you with a form to fill out along with the mailing address for returns we determine to be eligible as per our stated policy.

Please ship the unopened/ unused portion of the item you’d like to return, along with a copy of the invoice and the return form to the address provided. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the item returned. To ensure the return package is not lost or misplaced, we suggest using a courier/ shipping service that allows you to track the status of your package, as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Please retain the shipping receipt/ tracking information for your records.

We will process returns within 14 days of receipt of the item.
